As there is no available field for Coating (of the project), users can use a "User Attribute" field in the Project Data dialog box, and then use a token to display this information in drawings and lists.
User attribute:
Open the Project Data dialog box by clicking the Project Data icon on the Advance "Standard" toolbar. Select the "User Attributes" tab, enter the coating (e.g., Galvanized) to use in the User Attribute 1 field, and then click OK. This User attribute can be displayed in the title block of your Prototypes (for drawings) and in the BOM template of your lists.
For Prototypes:
Open the prototype where you want to add the Coating information in the title block. (Usually prototypes are located in: \Program Files\Graitec\AdvanceSteel\Shared\Support\Prototypes).
Next, explode HYPERSTEELPAGEHEADER, purge it, and use the token "USERPROJATTR1" as shown below: Recreate the HYPERSTEELPAGEHEADER block, save and close this Prototype. Next time you use this prototype, the result will look like this: For lists:
Open the List template tool by clicking the Lists icon on the "Sub - BOM" toolbar. In the "User" branch, select the list where you want to add the User Attribute 1 (i.e., the Coating). Right click the cell and use the "UserProjAttribute 1" token in Content as shown in the figure below. Save your modified template list. Next time you use the template list, the result will look like this:
