All the modifications made in the defaults library can be saved in a new profile.
This new profile can be used in other projects. Multiple profiles can be created and customized depending on the project type. A specific profile can be selected and used from the beginning of a new project.

The default library from Graitec Advance Manager 2012 contains by default the "Advance Steel" profile. This is displayed in the upper right of the "Defaults" window.

The "New profile" option is used to add a new profile. In the "Profile name" window the desired name is entered and validated by clicking "Apply". The entered name cannot contain spaces or other characters like: "\ .".

The profile is automatically activated. Any modification of the defaults can be done for it. To choose another profile or return to the initial one, the "Selected profile" drop-down list is used.
