The representation of concrete elements in overviews is influenced by the value of the priorities assigned in the modeling part. As it was mentioned in FAQ: How are the priorities of the concrete elements managed in Advance Steel? should be inserted, the values of the priorities help to manage the visible edges of the intersecting concrete elements. In addition the junction options allow the extension and shortening of the elements at their ends.
The representation of the concrete elements in the overviews (elevations, isometrics and node details) keep the same edges as in the modeling part.
For the visualization of the hidden edges of the concrete elements, the "Show hidden lines" option is accessed from the "View" window of the detail.
For an intersection of two walls with different priorities, in the modeling part, the intersection edges of the element with a higher priority is displayed. The same behavior is available in the detailing part for overviews (elevation, isometric views, etc.).
The node details can be created for concrete and steel elements. The representation of the elements can be displayed for visible and hidden lines.
