SP3 for Graitec 2012

I have download SP3 for Advance Steel 2012 but did not see "What is new in SP3" pdf file. Can someone tell me where I can find it?

Dear Greg,

Santa Claus was a little bit late but he now placed the PDF of the "What's new in the SP3 of AS2012" in Downloads > Service Pack > Advance Steel
